Ministry Founder and Senior Pastor
Pastor Raymond Alli is a revivalist who possesses an apostolic, prophetic, healing, and evangelistic anointing. After his conversion from the Muslim faith in 1973, he began preaching the word of God coupled with signs. wonders, and miracles. He ministers deeply in the prophetic to individuals, churches, and nations. His mission is to take the world for Christ. Countless lives have been delivered and transformed by the life changing power of the Holy Spirit, and its supernatural operation within his ministry.
In 2001 Pastor Raymond Alli founded Revival Outreach Ministries International, Inc. (ROMI) where he serves with his wife and Co-Pastor, Sandra Alli. He ministers through the anointing of the Holy Spirit in the areas of salvation, counseling, healing, and deliverance. Pastor Alli’s prophetic leadership and mentoring are helping to transform lives, and release believers into kingdom purpose and destiny. His heart's desire is to see the full restoration of the biblical Five-Fold ministry to the church.
